Coaching built around real responsibility.

Every engagement is shaped by the client's actual responsibilities — not a generic curriculum. These are the four ways Firmitas works with leaders today.

The Flagship Engagement

One-to-One Executive Coaching

A six-month or longer engagement for founders, executives, and emerging leaders. Confidential, disciplined, and built around your actual responsibilities — decision-making, communication, team leadership, accountability, execution, conflict, personal discipline, calling, stewardship, and legacy.

Lead with greater clarity, wisdom, courage, and accountability.

For Small Leadership Teams

Small-Team Leadership Coaching

Individual and team coaching for approximately one to four leaders seeking clarity and alignment together — with clear sponsor expectations and confidentiality standards established up front, so every participant knows exactly how the engagement works.

Strengthen individual leaders while improving alignment and collective execution.

Focused & Selective

Focused Leadership Workshops

Half-day or full-day sessions on topics already supported by the Firmitas methodology and the founder's experience. Selective by design — a workshop is offered only where it can be delivered with depth and conviction.

Move from insight to shared language and practical action.

For Groups & Gatherings

Speaking & Leadership Teaching

Faith-centered executive leadership presentations for companies, churches, professional groups, and aligned organizations — practical teaching grounded in real executive experience and a biblical worldview.

How It Begins

Every engagement starts with a discovery conversation.

A discovery conversation is a focused discussion about your leadership context, the challenges or opportunities in front of you, and whether Firmitas is the right coaching fit. It is not a scripted sales presentation. The goal is clarity for both parties. If the fit is right, a written coaching agreement defines the scope, cadence, confidentiality, and boundaries before the engagement begins — and investment is discussed openly along the way.
